Satyan Menon

Founder

Satyan is the Founder and Chairman of the TalentMetrix group.  In his corporate avatar,  he has worked with the House of Tatas & Mother Care. His experience includes driving new and strategic Business Initiatives,  Transformation Intervention including Change Management.

In 1998 he started his OD & Consulting firm Turning Point, with offices across India & Middle East. The firm was the partner of choice for many Indian firms and MNC’s like Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank, Standard Chartered, HSBC, Deutsche Bank, HDFC, ICICI, JP Morgan Chase, GE, Hindustan Unilever, Glaxo, Airtel, BPL Mobile, Wipro, TCS & Infosys.

Satyan holds an MBA & has completed his studies in Psychoanalysis & Psychotherapy in addition to multiple certifications on various psychometric instruments. He is a Master DISC, Tri-Metrix & Chally Trainer.

Satyan is an expert in Talent Assessment using Psychometrics and Experiential Centres, and in Talent Development across Coaching & Mentoring, Experiential Learning, Leadership & Behavioral Training and Team Building

He is passionate about bringing the solutions used for corporate India’s top talent to help Indian youth unlock their potential, transform their lives and contribute to the nation’s progress.
